We are a preloved fashion brand offering women's and men's clothing, footwear, and accessories at fast-fashion prices. We buy your unwanted pieces, freshen them up, and sell them when they’re on-trend—this is our circular supply chain. We cater to planet-conscious shoppers, bargain hunters with high standards, and those friends who always find the most unique outfits that everyone loves.Note: Preloved is another word for second-hand.

ReSeller FAQs

What is a ReSeller?

A ReSeller is someone who sells their unwanted clothes, shoes and accessories to us. You essentially become one of our suppliers as everything we sell, we buy from our customers. We call it our circular supply chain.

How can I become a ReSeller?

Becoming a ReSeller is simple! Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Create an account on our website.
  2. Order a ReSeller bag just like any other product. For more detailed information, check out our dedicated ReSeller page.

What can I send you?

To ensure we maintain high standards, all items must meet our quality requirements. Here’s a breakdown of what we accept:

Women’s Accepted Items

We welcome dresses, skirts, tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, jumpers, jackets, coats, and suits.

Men’s Accepted Items

For men, we accept tops, bottoms, jumpers, jackets, suits, coats, and shirts.

Footwear Accepted Items

We accept a variety of footwear, including trainers, loafers, formal shoes, boots, sandals, flats, heels, and platform shoes.

Accessories Accepted Items

We also accept accessories such as hats, gloves, sunglasses, belts, purses, bags, ties, and wallets.

What can't I send you?

To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept the following items:

From 1st April 2025, we will no longer accept any type of scarf. If you ordered a ReSeller Bag before this date, you can still include scarves, but any sent after will be rejected and not paid for.

How do I send my ReSeller bag back to you?

To send your ReSeller bag back full of your clothes ready to sell, log into your account and navigate to the returns portal. You'll need your order number to generate a return label. Then, simply choose your preferred return service.

How do you decide what I get paid?

We’re not fussy about brand or condition as long as the items meet our minimum standards. We pay you £5 for every kilogram of clothing and accessories, while shoes start at £2.

How long does it take to get paid?

We aim to process and weigh all your items and send the payment within 7-10 working days.

How do I get paid?

We use Revolut to securely send your payment, so we don’t need your bank details. Just make sure your name is correct in your account details, as this is what Revolut uses to identify you.

Placing An Order

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments via Shopify, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we can’t make changes or cancellations. However, if you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team at hello@fashionretake.com.

How do I place an order?

When you’ve found the item you’re after, add it to your cart and click checkout. You’ll then be directed through Shopify’s checkout process (just like many of your favourite brands), where you can choose your delivery method and payment type. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs £2.99 for all orders under £30. Orders over £30 qualify for free standard shipping.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically take 7-10 days to arrive. This includes 1-4 days of processing time and 3-4 days of shipping time.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the UK and accept ReSellers based in the UK.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on products up to 30 days from the delivery date. All labels and tags must be intact, and the items must be unworn. Customers are responsible for return postage, but you can generate a return label through our website. You’ll need your order number to start the return process.For full details, check our return policy here.

How do I exchange an item?

We don’t accept exchanges at the moment.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days after we receive your returned item.

Product Information

Are your products authentic second-hand pieces?

Yes! We source our stock directly from you, our customers. To learn more about our ReSeller programme, click here. We have a strict 'no counterfeit' policy and don’t sell designer or luxury items.

What sizes do you offer?

We stock whatever sizes we can get our hands on! This means some sizes may be more available than others. Each piece is unique, so it’s only available in the listed size.

What happens if an item has flaws or damage?

We do our best to highlight any defects in our product listings. However, if we miss something, please get in touch with us if the item is damaged or faulty and not disclosed in the listing. Remember, these are second-hand items, and our pricing reflects their condition—items in average condition will be priced lower than brand-new ones.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

We provide a universal size guide here to help you convert between sizes. Since sizing can vary across brands, we recommend researching the fit of the brand you're considering if you’re unsure. We also offer returns in case the size isn’t quite right.

Are the clothes cleaned before selling?

We ask that all clothing and footwear be cleaned before they are sent to us. If they don’t meet our standards, we process the items for laundering or repairs.

What condition are the clothes in?

We have three quality tiers for our items:

  • Average Condition: Pre-loved with light wear, small signs of use, but fully functional—perfect for those seeking style at a great price.
  • Great Condition: Gently used, well-maintained, and showing minimal wear—almost like new but at a fraction of the cost.
  • Brand New: Completely unworn, in pristine condition, often with original tags or packaging—ready to be yours!

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to shop?

You don’t need an account to make a purchase, but creating one makes it easier to track your orders and save your favourite items. An account is required to become a ReSeller so we can pay you.

Anything Else

Do you have any discounts or sales?

We offer 10% off your first purchase when you sign up for our email list. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails to stay up to date on sales and promotions.

How can I track my order?

We’ll send you email updates as your order moves through our system. Tracking links will be included in the emails.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift cards starting from £5.
