one
Our Commitment to Sustainability
Our core values: affordability, convenience, accessibility, sustainability, transparency, and quality. These embody what second-hand clothing should be about.
While fashion retail may never be fully sustainable, we recognise the growing volume of clothing in the world. We know our customers love to shop, so we’re here to encourage that passion by offering an alternative that makes a positive impact. We don’t aim to replace your favourite brands; we just want to be another stop on your radar.

two
How We Reduce Waste
Exciting plans for textile recycling and upcycling are on the way, so watch this space!
Our goal is to ensure that each item we handle has the longest life possible, whether it finds a new home or is repurposed. If we receive items that aren’t suitable for resale, we’ll donate them or send them to a textile recycling centre, keeping them out of landfill and in circulation.

three
Circular Fashion & Reuse
Our entire business is built on circular fashion practices—we call it our circular supply chain. Read more about how it works below.
👚 Fill a Bag - Order a ReSeller bag and fill it with clothes to sell.
📬 Send to Us - Return your bag using the preferred return service.
⚖️ Sort & Weigh - We check quality, weigh items, and prep for cleaning.
💸 Get Paid - Payment sent within 7-10 days after processing.
🛍️ Hit the Shop - Time to shop the latest trends on our website!

four
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We aim to use recyclable packaging wherever possible. Right now, all our orders are shipped in paper-based mail bags, helping to reduce plastic waste in every order. As a small business, we value cost efficiency, but our commitment is to make our packaging as sustainable as possible as we grow, balancing eco-friendliness with affordability.

five
Supporting Local & Ethical Partnerships
Currently, we don’t have official charity partners, but we make ad hoc donations to local charities. If you’re a charity or local organisation and would like to collaborate with us, please don’t hesitate to reach out by email. We’d love to hear from you!

six
Our Goals for the Future
We aim to facilitate the reuse of 3 tons of clothing by 2026—equivalent to the estimated CO2 savings of driving the average car for an entire year. We’ll keep you updated on our progress as we move closer to this goal.
Our Mission is…
“Inspire a change in a customer’s mindset, that when processed and presented right, preloved fashion is as desirable and accessible as fast fashion, that comes with the same price tag, and offers a more responsible choice for the planet.”

Our Transparency Promise
Transparency is one of our core values—it underpins everything we do. As a new and growing business, we may not always get everything right the first time, but we’re committed to making a disruptive change in the UK fashion industry.
